service is excellent..all the service crew ensured that our stay was comfortable.. some items were spoilt and they fixed it immediately.. moved us to another unit when there was some noise from renovation.. really appreciated the attentiveness .. we stayed here most trips to kl.. we really like it here

the room was so spacious and neat. design never goes old. big space for kitchen and to invite guest for catch up. ours came with study room which we used for the babies cot. dark blinds were so helpful. pool is big and amazing but super cold as the sun dont shine much on it. park in b2 and walking distance to changkat for the after night fun times. cleaning staffs were so kind and courteous.

I love everything about the property, even though they do not have SMART TV, but the channels were okay they have like HBO etc. I literally utilised their amenities.

Spacious 3 bedrooms service apartment. Full equipped kitchen necessities and comfortable beds. The front desk super friendly and helpful. Feel very warm and home away from home. The apartment come with a very long pool sharing with the next door private apartment but is quiet enough to have a good lap swim. The top floor of the apartment have a business centre with a very nice KL tower view. And the gym is fully equipped on the top floor. The apartment come with a complimentary parking by using your room access card to access to the car park. The street food located at Jalan Alor is only 10 mins walking distance. Convenient store is right opposite the apartment. Pavillion is about 15 to 20 mins walking distance. I would highly recommended this apartment.

Early check in and late check out request was accommodated. Swift check in and check out process observed. Location is great and quiet, walking distance to the vibrant changkat and Bukit Bintang area. Very spacious rooms and comfortable bedding.
